Karis Ministry is a compassion ministry under the Diocese of Kampala committed to supporting vulnerable children and teenagers through Christian care, education support, discipleship, mentorship, and life-transforming programs that restore dignity and hope.
About Karis Ministry
KARIS Family Link Ministry is a specialised ministry that supports needy families who are caring for vulnerable orphans and children in the Diocese of Kampala.
KARIS Family Link Ministry was established in 2006 by the Diocese of Kampala in partnership with Karis Kids UK, a charity based organisation in the UK.
The support given includes paying school fees for children, medical care to families, health education, spiritual nurture, provision of start-up capital/ re-vamping small enterprises and conducting capacity building training. This is so that children from these families are given learning opportunities to unlock their potential and families are equipped into self-sustainability.
