Diocese of Kampala
OUR JOURNEY OF FAITH
1972
Foundation & Vision
The Diocese of Kampala was officially inaugurated, marking a pivotal moment for spiritual leadership in the heart of Uganda. From its humble beginnings at All Saints' Cathedral, the vision was clear: to build a faith-driven community centered on service and holistic growth.
1995
Archdeaconry Strengthening
Structural reforms led to the empowerment of the Central, Southern, and Eastern Archdeaconries. This regional focus allowed the Diocese to better address the unique spiritual and administrative needs of every parish and its surrounding community.
Present Day
A Beacon of Holistic Mission
Today, the Diocese of Kampala continues to thrive as a strategic mission hub. With dozens of churches, schools, and medical facilities, we are dedicated to transforming lives through spiritual ministry, education, and compassionate community empowerment.
